General and Reservations
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time begins at 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Do you offer late check-out?
Late check-out is offered for a fee based on availability. Please contact the front desk to request late check-out.
Do you offer early check-in?
We do offer early check-in based on availability. Please contact the front desk to request early check-in.
What are the options for parking?
Valet parking is included in the nightly resort fee.
Do you offer extra beds or cribs?
Bassinet-style cribs are available upon request at no additional charge.
What are the taxes and fees on my reservation?
A 12.5% tax rate will be applied to all reservations (6.5% State Sales + Use Tax, 3.2% Local City/County Sales + Use Tax, 2.8% Convention and Trade Center)
Do you charge a Resort Fee?
A $38 per night resort fee is charged, which includes:
- Nespresso Coffee in-room
- Local shuttle service (based on availability)
- High-speed Wifi
- Valet parking
- Snacks and drinks in the Library
- Lawn games
- Bike rentals
- $10 State Park fee
Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?
Yes, please visit the front desk and we will be happy to accommodate.

How far is the hotel from the airport/downtown/train station/cruise terminal?
Lodge at St. Edward is conveniently located on the north end of Lake Washington in Kenmore, WA. Approximate travel time to major destinations include:

I booked on a website other than thelodgeatstedward.com and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Please contact the website where your original reservation was created to make changes to your stay. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

Policies
What is the guestroom cancellation policy?
For standard stays, reservations must be canceled by 4:00pm 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after 4:00pm 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged a late fee. For pre-paid/non-refundable reservations, you may cancel up to 24 hours after booking without penalty. After that period, we will collect a deposit and the reservation becomes non-refundable. If you do not arrive for your reservation, you will be charged a No-Show fee. Please call our reservations team at 425.470.6500 to make changes or cancellations.
Do you require a booking deposit?
All reservations require a credit card at the time of booking to guarantee the room. At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate plus tax, plus an additional $100 USD per night in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax, plus $100 per night for incidentals, must be presented upon check-in. You may pay your final amount owed via credit card or cash upon departure. Guests are not required to settle their account with the credit card used at time of check-in.
What are the reservation terms and conditions?
Advance reservations are required. Rates are based on double occupancy and subject to availability. Blackout dates apply. Rates do not include taxes, gratuities, or fees.
Is smoking allowed on property?
Our entire resort is a non-smoking facility.

No, we do not have a business center. Please visit the front desk and we'll be happy to assist with any business needs.
Do you have a spa? If so, what are the hours and treatments available?

Do you have a car service?
HOUSE CAR
The Lodge at St. Edward house car is available for complimentary guest transportation within a 10-mile travel distance. Transportation further than 10 miles is available for a fee - $150 for SeaTac Airport or Paine Field pickup.

VINTAGE LIMOUSINE
Ride style in our vintage 1938 Pontiac Stretch Limousine. Perfect for celebrations and special occasions, your own personal chauffeur will take you on a wine tasting tour through Woodinville, on a shopping trip to downtown Seattle, or on a romantic post-wedding cruise.
Asking rate, including the driver, starts at $250 per hour and depends on needs. Not available for airport transport. Contact Guest Services at 425.470.6500 or guestservices@thelodgeatstedward.com to reserve. Reservations required at least one week in advance.
About the Car: One of only a few remaining examples, this 1938 limo was rebuilt in 2008 with a modern drive train and conveniences. It is powered by a 350 cubic inch V8 with a 4-barrel carburetor paired with an automatic transmission. It rolls on red steel wheels with chrome trim rings and hubcaps, and radial tires. The interior features a front upholstered bench seat, rear 'L' seat, and back bench seat, privacy roll-up divider window between the front and back, air conditioning, plush seating, pillows, wine glasses, video and stereo system, and a moon roof.
Pets
Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height, or types?
The Lodge at St. Edward welcomes your four-legged friends. Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability; advance reservations are required. An etiquette waiver must be signed upon check-in and a refundable pet deposit will be charged. Two pets per guestroom are allowed. Please review our Pet Policy for more information.
What is your pet fee?
We do not have a pet fee, however we do charge a refundable pet deposit.
Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
Yes, please request a pet free room with Guest Services.

Are reservations required at restaurants?
Reservations are highly recommended at our on-site restaurant Cedar + Elm. For reservations at Cedar + Elm, please call 425.321.1580 or book here. Reservations are not required for our two on-site bars, Father Mulligan’s Heritage Bar and The Tonsorium Bar.
Do you have a private dining rooms for meetings or events?
Yes, we have private dining rooms and event spaces for special occasions. Please contact our sales team to inquire at sales@thelodgeatstedward.com.
Does Cedar + Elm offer vegetarian, gluten-sensitive, or other dietary restriction menu options?
Yes, we offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menu items. Items are indicated on the menu. Our culinary team is always happy to accommodate any dietary requests or restrictions.
What are the options for parking?

Do you offer takeout or delivery?
Cedar + Elm offers takeout. Guests can order In Room Dining service to be delivered to their room. No off-site delivery is offered at this time.
